Samuel Logan Bays and Lucinda Counts 
of Carter County, KY.

Julia married William Oscar Frazier Vincent.

 Joe (born 1864), was the son of Elisha Bays and Cynthia E. Roberts 
of Floyd County, KY

Quintella was born 1877.
